REQUIREMENTS

 

-Grade 10. -Grade 12 (added advantage). -Driver’s License (added advantage). -Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual). -Ability to follow & execute given instructions. -Good physical health, basic skill & know how of doing physical work. -A hard-working self-disciplined person. - Must reside within the jurisdication of Midvaal Local Municipality. -1 year relevant experience in general work as a cleaner within Midvaal Local Municipality or Local Government Authority. 

 

DUTIES

 

Responsible for cleaning of offices, bathrooms, stockroom, and the kitchen and ensure a clean & healthy working environment for employees and the public. -Serve tea and coffee to the visitors of the department. -Preparation of venue for meeting by cleaning, putting out water decanters and glasses, and refreshments. -Assist with general office administration duties, when working schedule is complete. -Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.

    

SALARY      R142 608,00  p.a. – R156 228,00 p.a. (Level 13 of a Grade 04 Local Authority)

Total package inclusive of all benefits: R 265 897,52 p.a.
