REQUIREMENTS
-Grade 12. - Computer literacy Certificate. - Valid Driver’s License (added advantage). - Computer literacy (MS Word, excel and PowerPoint). - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. - Secretarial and administration skills. - Strong work ethic. - Adaptability, communication, assertiveness/leadership skills, conflict and stress management, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, office/diary management skills, strong administrative skills, writing and typing skills, attention to detail. -Knowledge and skills pertaining to the prosecution process, operation of a cash register and knowledge of the criminal court procedures. - Preference will be given to resident of Midvaal Local Municipality. - 02 to 03 years relevant experience in admin/data capturing within Local Government Authority.
DUTIES
-Recording of traffic offences and violations. -Capturing issued traffic fines, camera fines and accidents to the TCS system. -Administration of representations. -Preparing court rolls and printing of court rolls. -To ensure that admin functions are in place, for future reference and general smooth operation of the section (typing, filing etc.) -Operating the Switchboard. -Receive traffic fine payments and also responsible for the issuing of receipts of payments. -Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time.
SALARY: R240 288.00 p.a – R268 596.00 p.a (Level 9 of a Grade 04 Local Authority)
Total package inclusive of all benefits: R395 369.84 p.a
